PixelOnCloud Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions


PixelOnCloud ("we," "our," or "us") offers a referral and commission program (the "Program") through which individuals or entities ("You" or "Affiliate") may earn commissions for referring new paying users to our products and services. This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation. By applying to join or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.


SECTION 1 - PARTIES
"PixelOnCloud" refers to Pixel On Cloud, Inc., a technology company headquartered in the United States. "You" refers to the person or organization entering this agreement. Both parties are referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."


SECTION 2 - APPLICATION
To participate, you must submit a complete and truthful application, which we will review at our discretion. Not all applicants will be approved. Apply at: https://pixeloncloud.com/affiliate-apply

SECTION 3 - CONSENT
You consent to receive communications via email, text, or phone (including via automation) regarding your application, participation, and affiliate performance.


SECTION 4 - ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent. You agree to comply with all laws and confirm all information you provide is accurate and truthful.


SECTION 5 - COMPENSATION
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral ID to track referrals. Commissions are earned on sales generated through your affiliate link. If a lead has multiple referral cookies, the most recent takes precedence. Commissions are only payable on qualified purchases from referred customers within 60 days of their initial click. Enterprise contracts and some discounts may be non-commissionable.

Commissions are:

  • Paid on actual collected revenue (not promises, refunds, or chargebacks)
  • Subject to a 60-day conversion and retention window
  • Paid monthly once a minimum threshold of $100 is reached
  • Paid via our affiliate platform (currently Rewardful)

No commissions will be paid:

  • For your own account or purchases
  • For fraudulent signups or traffic manipulation
  • If you violate the program rules or applicable law

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Bidding on "PixelOnCloud" branded keywords in search ads
  • Sending unsolicited emails or messages
  • Using misleading or fake content
  • Purchasing traffic that results in bots or fake users


SECTION 6 - TRADEMARKS
You may use PixelOnCloud brand assets only with our written permission and according to our brand guidelines. Do not modify or misuse our marks, or imply any false endorsement.


SECTION 7 - CONFIDENTIALITY
Any non-public information shared between the Parties must remain confidential. This includes prospective customer data, internal performance data, and all business-sensitive information.


SECTION 8 - TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective upon approval and continues until terminated by either Party. You or PixelOnCloud may terminate at any time with written notice. Breach of terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.


SECTION 9 - ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS
You affirm that you are not involved in any ongoing legal investigations related to fraud, false advertising, or consumer protection. If such matters arise, you must notify us within 24 hours.


SECTION 10 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify PixelOnCloud against any third-party claims arising from your participation in the Program, use of our brand assets, or breach of this Agreement.


SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER
The Program and our tools are provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, tracking accuracy, or results.


SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PixelOnCloud’s total liability for any claim related to this Program is limited to the commissions earned by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.


SECTION 13 - MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.


SECTION 14 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the full agreement between You and PixelOnCloud regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior communications. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or employment relationship.
